My name is Daniel A. Sosa with Stockton Funding a division of Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Corporation. I am a lifelong resident of Stockton graduating from both Lincoln High School and The University of the Pacific with a Bachelors Degree in Education. I began by professional career as an Adult Ed Teacher for Stockton's School for Adults.

After five years of teaching, I made the decision to resign and pursue mortgage lending fulltime. Although this decision was difficult at first, I have become very passionate and excited about the milestones that I have attained thus far, and the future successes that I know will follow. It is comforting to know that although I am no longer teaching, each day brings on a new challenge with greater variety. More importantly, I still have the ability to help people just as I did before in the classroom.

It truly has been my privilege of serving the needs of individuals within this region with total commitment to the highest standards of integrity and client care. For most people, buying, selling, and or refinancing a home is the single largest financial transaction they will make in their lifetime, one that demands the hands-on involvement of a dedicated mortgage professional.
